Your child earns real money.

If your child publishes a book of their own, every copy sold on Amazon — here or abroad — pays them a royalty, and it’s entirely theirs.

On a book of your child’s own. Royalty is 5% of the listed price (₹20 a copy) on Amazon sales, in India and abroad, paid out quarterly once it passes ₹500. Overseas copies earn 5% of that country’s price. Anthology contributors do not earn a royalty: that price covers the editing, printing and their place in the book. An estimate, actual earnings depend on copies sold.
