Bukmuk Press · Vol. I
Speaker's Studio · From 14 Jul

Your child has so much to say — we help them say it.

So many bright children have ideas but freeze when it's time to speak. Speaker's Studio turns that nervousness into real confidence — your child learns to stand up and speak clearly and persuasively on any topic, to any audience, using the techniques of the world's best speakers. They leave with a recorded Speaking Portfolio that proves the growth. Live, small-group, ages 7–16.

i.Why parents enrol

What your child actually leaves with.

Four shifts every parent has told us they noticed, between day one and the day the book arrives.

Outcome 01

Speak on any topic, to anyone

The core gift: your child can stand up and speak clearly and persuasively on any subject, to any audience — in class, on a stage, at a family gathering, in an interview one day. No more freezing, no more hiding.

Outcome 02

Real, visible confidence

From mumbling and looking at the floor to standing tall and holding a room. The change parents notice first — a child who puts their hand up.

Outcome 03

The techniques of the greats

Obama's pause, Malala's rule of three, the rhythm of Martin Luther King and the clarity of A.P.J. Abdul Kalam — real rhetoric, taught so a child can use it.

Outcome 04

A Speaking Portfolio to keep

Short recordings from week 1 to week 8, so you can hear the shy early voice become a confident speaker. Proof of growth, a keepsake — and it aces the school ASL and oral assessments as a bonus.

ii.The program offer

Everything included in ₹9,999.

No tiers. No add-ons. No surprise printing fees. One price, and the entire publishing journey is in it.

01

8 live speaking sessions

Small groups, two age bands, every session hands-on: read aloud, present, debate, role-play, narrate. Do and perform — never a lecture.

02

School-aligned (ASL & orals)

Built around what schools actually grade — reading aloud, listening, the topic talk, conversation — so it lifts real assessment marks, not just confidence.

03

Rhetoric of the great speakers

The pause, the rule of three, repetition and rhythm — the tools Obama, Malala, MLK and Kalam use, broken down for a child to steal and use.

04

The Speaking Portfolio

A recording from every week, week 1 to 8 — the signature deliverable. Your child hears their own growth; you get proof it worked.

05

Live, small-group, never recorded

Only 10 children a batch, so every child speaks every session and gets real feedback. Two age bands, taught right for each.

06

Books as the springboard

Every skill is practised on stories the child loves, not dry drills — so speaking feels like sharing something they care about.

iii.How it runs

How a story becomes a book.

The same rhythm published authors use, broken into phases a child can actually keep up with.

  1. Phase 1Week 1

    Bring a Book to Life

Reading aloud with fluency and expression — the ASL reading test, transformed. Portfolio recording 1.

  2. Phase 2Week 2

    Listen Like a Reader

Listening is half of speaking. Hear for facts, feeling and what's coming — exactly what the ASL listening test grades.

  3. Phase 3Week 3

    Talk About a Book

The 60-second topic talk — the class presentation and the ASL solo. Structure, the rule of three, and speaking without freezing.

  4. Phase 4Week 4

    The Book Club Table

Conversation and respectful disagreement — listen, build, then challenge. The heart of the ASL interaction task.

  5. Phase 5Week 5

    Step Into the Story

Role-play and thinking on your feet — improvising, staying in character, and speaking when you don't have a script.

  6. Phase 6Week 6

    Steal from the Greats

The rhetoric of Obama, Malala, MLK and Kalam — the pause, the rule of three, repetition and rhythm, made usable.

  7. Phase 7Week 7

    Tell the Tale

Narration — holding an audience through a whole story, with pace, voice and presence.

  8. Phase 8Week 8

    Command the Stage

The finale — a real piece of public speaking, delivered with confidence. Portfolio recording 8: the proof of how far they've come.

?.Common questions

Questions parents always ask first.

Q.01Will this help with school marks?
A.01

Yes — it's built around exactly what schools grade: reading aloud, listening, the topic talk and conversation (the ASL and oral assessments). Children who speak for expression speak better under exam pressure too.

Q.02My child is really shy.
A.02

That's exactly who this is for. Small groups of 10, a warm and encouraging room, and skills built one small step at a time — most shy children are volunteering to speak by the halfway mark.

Q.03What is the Speaking Portfolio?
A.03

A short recording from every week, week 1 to week 8. Your child hears their own growth across the course, and you get real proof the confidence is building. It's the keepsake they leave with.

Q.04Which age band is my child in?
A.04

Two bands — Junior (roughly 7–10) and Senior (roughly 11–16) — taught right for each level. We group by age and stage.

Q.05When and how does it run?
A.05

8 live online sessions, small groups. Junior band on Tuesdays; Senior band on Wednesdays; both 4:30–5:30 PM IST, from mid-July 2026.

Q.06Is it just theory, or do they actually speak?
A.06

They speak every single session — reading aloud, presenting, debating, role-playing, narrating. It's a performance course, not a lecture. That's why it works.

Q.07What if I need to cancel?
A.07

7 or more days before the first session: full refund, or a free transfer to a later batch. 2–7 days before: 50%, or a free transfer. Within 48 hours of the first session, or once it has started: non-refundable.
